The NC State Turf Diagnstics lab is currently under the direction of Lee Butler. He looks at all of the samples and will be the one who reports the results to you. Mr. Butler has a combined 14 years of experience in both the golf and landscape industry working as a crew member, spray technician, crew forman, and as an assistant superintendent. Prior to taking this job, he worked as a research technician in Dr. Lane Tredway’s program for 6 years conducting fungicide research trials. He received a B.S. degree in Turfgrass Management and a M.S. degree in Plant Pathology from NC State University.
