Travis Gannon assists Dr. Yelverton in coordinating projects in all facets of weed management and plant growth regulator use in turf including sports turf, golf course, roadsides, home lawns, etc. He worked closely with NC DOT devising Integrated Vegetation Management plans for roadsides and other noncropland areas.

• NC DOT evaluating establishment techniques and herbicide programs to convert existing roadsides to desireable species.
• evaluated application placement technologies for herbaceous vegetation management along roadsides.
