LochenHeath Golf Club is a northern Michigan gem, one of Michigan’s highest ranked golf courses. This private club offers limited “outside play” during the transition to fully private. The property encompasses 300 acres of beautiful land on the shores of East Grand Traverse Bay in Traverse City, with L-93 bentgrass and native/fescue throughout.

Requirements: • Enrolled in a two / four-year credited university • Strong work ethic • Desire to advance in the industry • Good communication skills • Ability to work / lead others • Great sense of customer service

Experiences will include (but not limited to): • Proper daily course set-up (mowing, bunkers, cutting cups, setting tees, etc. • Water management (hand watering and gaining knowledge of Toro Site Pro Irrigation System) • Irrigation troubleshooting
• Cultural practices • Chemical and fertilizer application and record keeping
• Budgeting • Crew management

Must be able to obtain a Michigan Pesticide license within 30 days.

Benefits include $12-$14 hr pay, uniforms, golf privileges, and staff housing at discounted rate.
